$240 FOR 6 WEEK SESSION ($40/class) Requires commitment to all 6 classes.
Billable through extended health benefits (requires a physiotherapy assessment $180).

- +18 months postpartum 
- Never had a baby or been pregnant 
- Have symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction such as urinary incontinence or prolapse 
- Persistent low back pain 
- Want to strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles 
- No contraindications to exercise

CLASSES
6 x60 minute small group classes that combine pelvic floor education and a great workout!
Classes designed and supervised by a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and taught by a Pregnancy and
Postpartum Core Corrective Exercise Specialist
- Classes include: - A home version of the work-out so you can continue on your own
